Before you can withdraw funds from your account, you must first fill out a Withdrawing Funds Form. This only needs to be completed once, thereafter we can then send payments to your nominated bank account when you make requests via phone, email or chat.
You must have a minimum of £100 (for Spread Bet account holders) and $200 or equivalent (for Contracts For Difference account holders) to be able to trade, or hold an open position. Please monitor your account regularly to make sure you have enough equity to open and hold positions.

It is important that your contact details remain up to date on our system. If they have changed recently, please fill out a Change of Contact Details form and send it in to us.
