How long does it take for funds to appear on my
account?
Credit & Debit card payments will normally be applied to your account within 30 minutes. Bank transfers will be
applied to your account shortly after arriving at our bank. We check our accounts regularly for new deposits
throughout the day.

How do I request a payment out to my bank account?
In the first instance you will need to inform us of the details of the bank account that you would
like funds sent to either by calling us on +44 (0)207 170 8205 or by using Marketmaker chat. Applicants
must have their name, CMC Markets' account number, bank name, bank account number and sort code ready when
setting up their registered bank account. International clients must also include their swift/bic codes and
their IBAN number. Once we have these details, you will be able to request a payment out to your bank over the
telephone by calling our

What are the charges for making card payments?
Debit card payments from UK banks attract no charge. Debit card payments from non-UK banks and all credit card
payments attract a charge of 1.8%.

Can I refund money back to my debit or credit card?
This will only be done if we are unable to apply funds we receive to an account for whatever reason. At present you
can not request that we send funds from your CMC Markets account back to your card.

Do you accept funds from a 3rd party source?
Only in exceptional circumstances will we accept funds from a 3rd party source and only when the payment is

How can I transfer funds between them?
If you have more than one account they should be managed separately where possible. In exceptional circumstances,
e.g. your account being on margin call, we will allow you to make transfers between accounts. To do this, please
