On October 12th, CMC Markets will be launching the latest version of our award-winning Marketmaker® software.

We've made strategy orders even easier by adding them to our unique One-Click Ticket, which also feature an enhanced user-interface. For technical analysts, there are six new charts and a host of new options & improvements.
 

Strategy Orders 

We've increased the types of order you can put through the One-Click Ticket, with OCO, If-Done and Linked Orders now instantly available. To see the new tickets in action please, please take a look at our new One-Click Walkthrough or download our dealing guide for more information.

New Charts

The functionality of our charts has been improved with the ability to create both Bid & Offer charts of all types, allowing you to see both sides of the spread.

There are also 6 new types of chart which have been selected to aid your technical analysis.

Beyond these new chart types, we've also improved added more new features like the ability to specify exactly the interval you want a chart to cover by using the X-Minutes option. The clarity of the charts has been improved with new chart scales; customisable backgrounds, colours and indicator titles and Fibonacci retracements are now reported in smaller views like other trend lines. To help integrate charts with your trading, you can also edit Price Properties directly from the Chart "Options" menu.

New Interface

When trading the ability to notice changes in the market as quick as possible is key, to help with this the latest version of Marketmaker® features an enhanced display. Any changes in price of Instruments you have open, either in a ticket or price window, are reflected with a more eye-catching flash designed to bring the movement to your attention. The last movement is also recorded by the addition of a colour-coded arrow, pointing out the direction of movement.

This update will take place at 10am on Thursday 12th October (London Time). If you are trading on the platform through this time you should not experience any interruption to the service. This upgrade will take effect the next time you log in after this time, therefore we advise that when you enter the platform subsequently, you do so at least 30 minutes before you wish to trade.
