Contacting CMC Markets by Telephone

From Monday 13th March, we will be introducing phone menus for the dealing desk. These are being introduced as part of a dealing desk restructure so that calls can be handled more efficiently by dealers specialising in certain products.

Dial the dealing desk number as normal and you will hear the following choices:

Press 1 for CFD Indices, Commodities and Treasuries
Press 2 for CFD UK Shares
Press 3 for CFD US & Canadian Shares
Press 4 for CFD European Shares
Press 5 for CFD Asian Shares
Press 6 for any other product
Press 7 to hear the CFD desk opening hours
Press 8 to hear these options again
