We are writing to inform you that on Monday 19th September 2005 we are changing our name to CMC Markets UK Plc and that our trading brand deal4free.com will become CMC Markets.

The success and popularity of our trading service over the past 10 years has led to a rapid global growth in operations. CMC now has clients in over 100 countries, supported by 7 international offices on 4 continents. This year alone we have opened three additional offices - Frankfurt, Toronto and Hong Kong, adding to our existing London, Sydney, New York and Beijing operations.

Due to this expansion, it was decided that a new single brand name was required to unify all of our global operations. CMC Markets will allow us to house our worldwide product offering under a single recognisable name.

So what does this mean for you? A continued award-winning service from a global market leader. In fact, apart from the change of company name, our Terms of Business and all other agreements will remain the same.

We will continue our dedication to offering you superior value and service. We intend to keep developing and delivering award-winning software, and continue to provide the same quality trading service and tight dealing spreads that you have come to expect from us. Our name may have changed, but our values have not.
