To view your current Equity Summary, Cash positions and Open positions, click on 'Trading' and select Client Position keeping or alternatively click on green icon on the toolbar.
To get the lasted financial news on an instrument, right click on the instrument and select Related News from the list of options.
To view your Pending Orders such as stops and limits, click on Trading, Blotters and then Pending Orders, or alternatively use the following shortcut on the toolbar.
To view your Executed Trades i.e. your Market Orders, Triggered Stop and Limit orders, click on Trading on your market maker menu, select Blotters and then Executed Orders, or alternatively use the following shortcut on the toolbar.
To view your daily statement, click on Trading, select Client Reports and subsequently select Daily Statements and enter the necessary parameters
If you wish to make a payment using your debit or credit card, click on the dollar sign on the toolbar.
Our Chat feature is our most reliable and speediest form of communication with dealers and members of the helpdesk. Should you have any questions click the chat icon on the toolbar or select 'View' and then 'Chat'.
To change your password, click on 'Options' on your market maker menu and then select 'Change Password'
To create a Price Alert, click on View on your market maker menu and select Create Price Alert
To bring a particular instrument onto your Marketmaker® trading platform, click on your search button at the top of the instrument tree and then type in the instrument name. Now right click over the instrument to be presented with a list of options, including a Single Price Window and Display Chart. Left clicking on these will then show them in your Marketmaker® window. You can develop a layout of prices and graphs of your favourite instruments, and then save them by going to options and then layouts. Alternatively, you can use the following icon on the toolbar. Once saved, they will appear every time you log on to Marketmaker®.

If you would like to leave feedback, click on the envelope on the Marketmaker® toolbar or click on Help and select Open Feedback Form
To add a particular instrument to your list of favourites, right click on the instrument and select Add Instrument to Favourites
To place Stop or Limit Orders bring up a New Order or New Strategy Order ticket, change the type to Stop or Limit and set price and value before confirming. If you are buying above the market you need to place a stop, and buying below will require a limit. If selling above the market you should place a limit, and selling below requires a stop.
To retrieve general financial news click on View and subsequently select General News. Alternatively, you can click the following icon from the toolbar.
To view a chart right click on an instrument and select Display Chart. The length of the chart can be toggled using the two timescales near the top. You can also add indicators to your charts, which can be saved by clicking the following icon and then added to any other graph you require.
To open an existing layout, click on File and select Open Layout, or alternatively click the following icon on the Marketmaker® toolbar.
To confirm payments in and out of your CMC Account, click on Trading, then Blotters and finally Cash and Payment History. Alternatively, you can click the following icon on the toolbar.
In your Client Position Keeping window, instruments highlighted in red are those you have sold whilst instruments in blue are those you have bought.
In your Client Position Keeping window (use the icon on the toolbar) the summary tab shows your total equity i.e. the total amount of funds in your account; your margin i.e. the margin used up by your current open positions; and your free equity, which represents the funds available for you to open other positions. Your Cash Positions show the different types of currencies you currently hold. CFD Positions show your Open positions during that day.
If you cannot see your instrument tree, it may be necessary to grab the grey bar on the left and pull it out to the right, or should this not work, go to View and make sure Show Instrument Tree is ticked.
To view information on each individual candlestick on your charts, select Options, Chart options and make sure Value Boxes is ticked. Then place your cursor over a candle, and you will see the added information (such as high and low point of the candle) appear as a separate box.
To view instrument analysis, click on View and then select Instrument Analysis or alternatively clici the following icon on your toolbar.
