There are a few reasons you may have difficulty viewing Plus+.
Firstly, Plus+ can only be accessed via the
Marketmaker® software, which means you can't access Plus+ directly from the internet. This means that you must open
Marketmaker® in order to get into Plus+.
Also, if you access Plus+ via
Marketmaker® and then close the platform down, you will no longer be able to navigate through Plus+ pages. The
Marketmaker® software must be running to keep viewing Plus+.
A few firewalls, security programs, download managers or popup blockers can cause problems with launching Plus+. If you believe this may be an issue for you, please contact the CMC Markets Helpdesk at

Some of the files contained within Plus+ contain large amounts of data, and therefore downloading them may take some time. We're working on reducing the file size and so optimising the download time for you.

To make Plus+ as secure as possible, it can only be accessed through the button in
Marketmaker®. The technology used will prevent unauthorised access to your data, whilst giving you full access to all the information you require.

As CMC Markets Plus+ is controlled by
Marketmaker®, you do not have to log out of it, simply close your browser window and you will automatically be logged out.

Accessing CMC Markets Plus+ requires you to be logged in to
Marketmaker® at the same time. If you close
Marketmaker®, then Plus+ will not allow you further access to its services.

CMC Markets Plus+ uses a number of technologies that require additional plug-ins to Internet Explorer to present some of the content. You can find some of these plug-ins, as well as instruction on how to install them, here:
