Limited Power of Attorney

Please complete and sign the Limited Power of Attorney Form and send it back to CMC Markets to enable us to set up your POA securely on our system. Send the completed form to us by post (FREEPOST CMC Markets) or fax (+44 (0) 20 7170 8497). Please ensure your account number is written clearly on the form.

In order to set up your POA form we need you to send us two forms of identification; A driving license or a Passport (to confirm your identity), and a Bank statement or utility bill (to confirm your address) for the nominated POA.

Once set up POA’s can contact us by phone, email or Marketmaker® chat to apply trades and receive information regarding the nominated account. POA’s do not have the authority to change account specific information and request/process payments.
