Credit & Debit card payments will normally be applied to your account within 30 minutes. Bank transfers will be
applied to your account shortly after arriving at our bank. We check our accounts regularly for new deposits
throughout the day.

CMC have a "refund to source" policy. This means that if you fund your account using card(s), funds will be returned to
the card(s) until the total balance received by CMC has been returned in full.
This must happen before we will allow funds to be withdrawn to a bank account.

Debit card payments from UK banks attract no charge. Debit card payments from non-UK banks and all credit card
payments attract a charge of 1.8%.

This means there has been a problem with your payment and it has been declined by you card issuer. In this instance
please contact the issuer directly and not CMC Markets.

If you have more than one account they should be managed separately where possible. In exceptional circumstances,
